Viator/Get Your Guide we’re most helpful in trying to rectify our situation and help us gain access to Versailles after arriving late for our tour and being given incorrect information on where to go. The tour operator City Wonders were extremely rude, told us the tickets had expired and hung up on me. These tickets were over 300 eu! The Versailles Staff on the other hand were outstanding and found a way for my daughter and my daughter to gain entrance on a sold out day! Thank you to the wonderful, kind and friendly Museum Staff. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Simply brilliant . We got a great insight to the history and life of the kings and queens that lived in this grand palace. We were virtually transported back in time thanks to our tour guide Max . The time flew by and we learnt a lot of secrets and stories about the grand rulers and life styles and rise and fall of the kings of France . A must visit for history lovers and all things opulent
