Ronnie & Luis were great! It was pouring out and very windy so we ended up skipping the sloth sanctuary but they both made sure we had a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and pulled the van over every time they saw a cool animal. We saw sloths, toucans, monkeys, and tons of birds. They told us facts about Costa Rica and answered any questions. Rio Celeste was amazing and totally worth the hike. The hike required some physical activity as it is all steps but it was worth it for us! Definitely recommend!

wow! what a wonderful excursion this turned out to be. the ride was long, but the van was large and roomy. our guide was knowledgeable and full of great information. the hike was tough but so worth the sites. So thankful we had the opportunity to experience this.

This experience was truly a great one! Gave a nice cross section of just a few of the many beautiful things exclusive to Costa Rica. Transportation to and from the days excursion was very timely and drivers very kind and courteous. Our guide, Gustavo, being from Costa Rica and having a university degree in ecology was very knowledgeable and explained things very well - and with a nice of humor. Highly recommend

Gustavo did a great job explaining about the areas we drove through. We got to swim in the llanos de cortes waterfall, and see sloths, butterflies and the costa rican iconic frog! - Plus when there was too much of a crowd at Rio Celeste we got a detour to a different spot that took us down a jungly hike to a water hole further along rio celeste - nice and refreshing on a hot day, and see how sugar cane juice used to be extracted with the added bonus of a taste sugar cane juice on the way back up to the bus. Lunch was delightful and being able to stop for breakfast (not included in the price) was great for those of us who forgot to eat or bring snacks. Definitely recommend :)

Beautiful beautiful waterfalls. The Rio Celeste hike was pure torture for this old lady, but so worth it. The Costa Rican lunch afterward was very deeeelious! We were then so lucky to see two sloths AWAKE and M O V I N G with their babies. Educational Fun Tour
