Depart from a central Sorrento location aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned coach destined for the charming hillside town of Positano. On arrival, spend some leisurely free time exploring independently, capturing photographs of the enchanting town whose colorful buildings cascade down the hillside to sea. Stroll along the sandy stretch of the beach; visit the sacred Church of Santa Maria; and absorb the revered beauty of the coastal gem, adored by prominent American author, John Steinbeck. 

Travel onward through the town of Amalfi and admire spectacular seaside views as you approach Pontone, a quaint village in which a traditional Italian lunch and locally produced wine awaits. Please see the Itinerary section for a sample menu. 

Revitalized, travel to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Ravello to visit a selection of historical landmarks during some relaxed free time; opt to admire the divine Duomo di Ravello; choose to explore the bounteous gardens of the lavish Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone; or simply gaze down at the picturesque Amalfi Coast from a variety of excellent vantage points. Please note, all entrance fees are at your own expense. 

Suitably impressed, return to your comfortable coach and relax during the journey back to Sorrento, where the tour concludes.

Well worth going with the small-group. We were able to get in and out of the tight areas in these very small towns. Guide kept us well informed and had the right mix of tour and free time to explore on our own. Hilltop lunch with some new friends was a highlight.

Pick up at the coach park at 9am then did the round of hotels to pick up others. A lovely trip down the Amalfi Coast via Positano, Amalfi, lunch okay but nothing special in a small village and finishing off in Ravello. The group agreed to do the optional boat trip in the Amalfi Bay which was worth the extra 12 Euros each. We were dropped off at our hotel. Tony was our guide -he spoke great English, educated us in everything regarding culture, cuisine, and the geographical area, and did it in a most entertaining manner. Worth doing the smaller group so you can get into Positano as some of the larger coaches cannot.

Date of trip changed st last minute, lucky I had access to Internet and was checking emails. Minibus rather cramped and rather dark inside. This is significant since we spent more than half our time on the road. Had four one hour stops. Tour guide OK but not up to usual standard. She handled a request by other couple for a boat trip vey poorly. Have had much better tours through Viator and given the cost of the trip I do not believe it is good value and would not recommend to others.

Do get me wrong the scenery was beautiful, but it's essentially a bus ride on a windy road. The villages we stopped at were small except for Amalfi and one of them was just the lunch spot. Too much time for shopping, especially since everyone is selling the same thing. Would be better to have the only stop be Amalfi and have time to swim, lunch on your own etc. The scenery was beautiful but many pictures will be worthless as they were taken through a bus window.

Fabulous! This is exactly the tour as described and what was expected. Laura was a wonderful guide and Matteo was a great driver given the winding, narrow and steep roads. Each town was unique and beautiful - we enjoyed Positano, Amalfi, Lunch in Pontone, and Ravello - all were breathtaking. We took the optional boat ride in Amalfi and it was so worth it. Laura was fantastic at pointing out the sights of interest and was a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this tour.
