We had the most wonderful experience with Cooking in Sorrento. Chef Laura was so pleasant and very informative as we made Caprese salad, eggplant parmigiana, homemade ravioli, and tiramisu. The dishes were amazingly delicious! We are grateful to have the recipes so that our families at home can share in these dishes! The wine was a nice compliment and flowing freely. Luigi provided transportation and was involved in the class as well. We would definitely go back for another lesson!
