Meet your group and guide in uptown Sedona (unless you’ve requested pickup at the time of your booking). Your 1.5-hour tour of Sedona and Boynton Canyon starts at either 10:30am, 12pm, or 1:30pm, depending on what time you chose.

Pick your seat on the wooden trolley. The trolley has open sides, so you can take in sights as you ride. As you go through Sedona, look out for Jordan Park. This park is the site of the former homestead of Walter and Ruth Jordan and the current site of the Sedona Heritage Museum.

Enjoy stories about the town and American Indian legends as you journey to Boynton Canyon. The views from the vehicle make it easy to admire the beautiful red rock the canyon is known for. Pass by places that were once used as filming locations for old Hollywood westerns. Your guide also stops your group on the road at spots and landmarks he or she thinks you should definitely snap pictures of. At the end of your tour, relax on a short ride back to where you began.

Our driver, Tim, was excellent...so informative and friendly. The tour was fantastic.. the prettiest scenery imaginable. We were able to get off the trolley and take pics. The visitor’s center recommended this tour and said it was the best. We were not disappointed!

Trolley was old, ugly, loud and uncomfortable. Driver was excellent minus the political comments about protestors. He was well-informed, excited about his job and enthusiastic about his historical and geological details. But the trolley is a different thing, a vehicle not suited to an hour and a half tour. The seats are wooden and hard. The suspension is rough, and the transmission makes for a jerky ride. Otherwise, we enjoyed the sights and descriptions, just couldn’t wait to get off and rest the booties!

The Boynton Canyon Trolley Tour was excellent, and our tour guide was super fun. He made jokes, pulled everyone into the conversation, and explained so much about Sedona and its surroundings. I wished this would have gone much longer as I could not get enough of the beautiful views of the mountains. Be prepared to take an extra layer of clothes and a hat as it gets cold with the wind near the winter season. Overall, this was wonderful as you can get a sense of the city before you adventure it on your own. This tour should be the first thing on your travel plans while visiting Sedona. Will, for sure, do this again!

The female tour leader spoke in a sing-songy voice that seemed too rehearsed, as though the customers were 3rd graders. The driver came in on her cues as though he was reading a script. Very off-putting. Spoiled the tour for four of us. I therefore cannot recommend this tour.

We could never get confirmation. You did not send information to tour guide. We had to drive from Sun City to Sedona 2 hours earlier than expected to try and get it straightened out. I had to walk up and down the street trying to find the tour company office. It finally was straight. The tour was late about 30-35 mins. there wasn't anywhere to sit. My wife is in a wheelchair. One of the men said he would keep the wheelchair and be there waiting. He was not. A man called and called. The tour wanted to leave on another trip and my wife was waiting for her wheelchair. The other visitors were getting agitated at us and wanted to be on their way. We were not happy. We finally got her wheelchair and we're too hot that we left Sedona too early and without fond memories.
