Rain Forrest is amazing

El Yunque is beautiful. Had a blast jumping off the rocks into the water gave me an adrenaline rush. Our driver, Jonathan was so cool. I would definitely recommend El Yunque to all of my adrenaline junkies. However, make sure you are prepared for the muddy 1 mile hike to get there! It’s worth it too.

The tour was amazing but what made the tour even better was the staff. I could go on forever but they were all superb. Jason, Michel and especially Jose. These guys deserve raises and a promotion because they are the leadership of of tourism in Puerto Rico.

Guys in the field are great, Bespoke ok, Viator terrible.

Guide Jonathan and his team for the forest hike were excellent. Bio bay kayak was great but luminescence was not there. Also, it was never mentioned that the two trips were separate. The guys on the field were great but Bespoke can improve and I am very unhappy with Viator.

I am glad we had our first kayaking experience. I enjoyed being out in the water at night. The problem I had was I did not see any thing something special in the bio bay. Also the tour could of done a better job keeping experienced kayakers from getting aggressive

What an ADVENTURE! I was not too sure on what it would be like but wow surpassed my expectations. I would say yes be physically active because the path can be challenging. It was a thrill and the guide was very good at keeping track of the group and also giving you space to feel the path out. I went solo on this trip also and I highly recommend this tour.

Don’t book the combo tour

Please don't book the combo guide tour with them. If your tour gets canceled they will make sure to charge you as individual tours. I paid 155 per person for the El Yunque Rainforest and BioBay Combo Tour and they canceled the El Yunque Rainforest Hiking Tour due to weather. But we still decided to go with the Bioluminescence Tour. They promised a partial refund for the El Yunque Rainforest but keep in my mind what they meant was that they will charge you for the full amount they have listed on their website for the Bialimiescen Bay tour. I was charged $99 per person. Bioluminescence Bay – Glass bottom Kayaks tour is not even glassed bottom kayaks. Those are normal kayaks. Please don't book from this place go somewhere else. Just a waste of money. Also getting a refund from them is a pain. I had to call several times to get it. It is still in the processing stage as of now after one week of calling and emailing

Amazing time!! Went as a solo traveler and highly recommend either with a group or solo as I did! Wear water shoes or shoes you don’t Ming getting muddy. Bring an extra towel! The guides will also take pics for you that they will air drop you later or send to you, but you CAN take your phone, just put it in a waterproof pouch. Eat and drink every recommended item at Loquillo beach!
