Swimming in the river was great. We didn’t feel rushed and had enough time to enjoy everything. I was expecting less for my money and was delightfully surprised.

Great day trip for adults and kids

Every was smooth. We were picked up right in front of our hotel. The driver/guide sent out a packing list and detailed itinerary the morning before. Every site we saw in the Rainforest was beautiful and the eat/shop was local. The 2 stops that stood out to me the most were the river stop where they let us swim and jump off low cliffs and the river water slide. When we pulled in to the river water slide all I saw was white water rapids with pools at the bottom, no way we were sliding down that right? Wrong, they showed us the safe way to do it and it was incredible. I would recommend this tour to anyone. The water slide spot is not something you can access without them and that stop alone was worth every penny.

It was a perfect chance to get a taste of the rainforest. The waterslide and river were fun and refreshing, the ride had great views, and the beach was beautiful, one of our favorites! We appreciated all our tour guides knowledge as well!

Just not good!

Ok let me start by the positives. The hike was so peaceful and a great group of people to spend the day with. The group leaders were attentive during the hike. The place to stop and eat and shop was nice. No the bad ... first it's covid still. The van came to our hotel(which was a nice feature) and it was already PACKED. Seriously we were stuffed like sardines. The van was extremely HOT as the ac wouldn't cool the van down at all. We were all sweating really bad. We tried to keep our masks on but it was so HOT. The van was misfiring (as a bad spark plug). The driver drove CRAZY. I mean I know that all PR drivers are crazy but the van kept feeling like we were fishtailing and it was wet. He also stopped at the gas station and came out with cough medication. He was guzzling the bottle. Was he sick or just trying to get high. We really didn't enjoy due to the van experience. To top it off he held his hand out for a tip at the end of the trip. We always tip but not this time. In short I do say GO to the rainforest. Just don't get in the black van!
