Great feom,beginning to end!

James and Big Joe were amazing! They were funny, safe and very personable. They helped us all be able to do the activities no matter the skill level. We loved stopping, for lunch on the way home. Our day,was fantastic and smooth feom, beginning to end! Thank you for a great experience.
A fun filled day

Such a fun activity. The spot we go is touristy so be aware if that’s not what you’re looking for. The climbing on rocks and hiking made it feel more authentic. The jumps and slides are so fun. Jon was our leader and he did a great job making sure we all had a fun time. Only cons, there’s not a lot of communication about pick up times so be ready 15 minutes prior to what they say. Vegetarians: the bar does not have any options but Jon accommodated for me so just give them a heads up. The pizza empanada at the first breakfast stop is vegetarian. Wear shoes you can get wet and muddy!

This was a great tour & our guides were amazing! This was a challenging hike - very steep & slippery in parts climbing on rocky surfaces. The rain forest is beautiful! Guides were very supportive & helped over most difficult parts & gave instructions for safely going down the two rock slides which were a blast! It essential to wear good foot gear that are appropriate for both hiking & going in the water. Good choice for people who are in decent physical shape who are wanting a little adventure with the support of experienced guides. Even the more timid folks in our group enjoyed the rock slides, jumping off a cliff/high rock, and rope swing. Be sure to bring a waterproof case for your phone. Attach a floatie for prescription glasses. One person in our group lost his glasses in the water & one of the guides spent 30 minutes free diving until he found them. What a champ!
Memorable and enjoyable time!!!

The tour guides were professional and at the same time funny and entertaining. Overall I had a great time in the rain forest on the water slides, river jumps and hiking. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, phenomenal guides-- only issue was a shortage of Uber drivers to get us to/from the pick-up point (~6 miles from our hotel)

The guides that took us we’re very nice and was very informative. However, it was so crowded there that we weren’t able to try out everything. Which was disappointing. And the few things we were able to do we could only do it once because we had so many in our group and on top of the others that were there. Kinda felt rushed to me. And we were forced to wear life jackets even if you knew how to swim which kinda took the thrill out of it for me. I understand the safety part but we signed wavers so I don’t understand the issue. There were many other tour guides who had the option not to wear one. I’m glad I took the tour just so I could get familiar with the area so next time I can take myself. That way I can truly enjoy the experience and not feel rushed just to wait in another line to do another activity.
