Gracias por sus comentarios, es importante saber que cuando se viaja a países tropicales las diferencias climáticas pueden variar en tramos de 10 kilómetros o menos, cabe recalcar que el hecho que clientes nos e hospeden e San jose pueden ver que el dia esta soleado sin embargo no es la misma condición en otras partes de Costa Rica, un chico que esta en el front desk no tienen ni la mínima idea de como esta el ambiente en las rutas nacionales por lo que la informacion que le pudieron brindar del todo puede no ser cierta. Ahora bien nuestras políticas de cancelación son claras y no operamos tours que vayan a poner en peligro la integridad física del viajero si su calificación depende de su vida nosotros cumplimos de nuestra partes siendo responsables ya que nuestro agente de seguros tiene las reglas claras y basado a esto trabajamos en regla.El Dinero no es lo mas importante de la vida. Su devolución fue procesada con su agente vendedor en su totalidad. Saludos y Pura Vida!!!
