Over the course of the day, you get a look at the city's diverse neighborhoods and geography, stopping at several locations where you can hop off the bus to take photos and look around a bit.

Head to the quaint town of Sausalito for lunch (own expense).

After lunch enjoy a walk through the massive redwood trees in Muir Woods.

Back in the city, board a ferry from Pier 33 for the ride across the bay to Alcatraz Island, home to the former prison of the same name. Enjoy the prison's fascinating audio tour as you explore the cellblock, and then return to Pier 33 on the ferry to end your day tour.

Patrick was a great guide! He shared all the great tourism information but also some wonderful personal stories. Ask him where he was during the 1989 earthquake and where his grandfather was during the earthquake of 1906.

Patrick was our tour guide, he was friendly and very knowledgable as he took us around San Fran and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore the city, especially if its a short trip, this tour packed a lot in, but didn't feel rushed. Felt safe and covid guidelines were followed.

Dylan was very knowledgeable about facts of San Francisco and some history, which made it very interesting! Great lunch spot too! We would have preferred less time hiking different spots, and time to walk around in Chinatown and Ghiradelli Square, and Pier 39.
