A:Yes, there are many parking lots near our Welcome Center and Hop-On Hop-Off Stop 1. The two closest parking lots are at 328 East Crockett Street and at Crockett Street / Bowie Street.

A:We are unable to provide a hotel pick-up for our Hop-On Hop-Off tours, but most downtown hotels are on or near the route.

Very nice trip along the river, we waited until sunset to appreciate the Christmas spirit in each place. very colorful and fun. Also the ride on the bus was very good because we were able to visit the places that interested us and then take the bus to the next attraction. very nice bus drivers. I recommend this choice.

The first time we tried to get in the Hop on Hop Off bus was at stop 14. Your agent failed to tell us that stop 14 had been rerouted because of construction & we waited a hour before we decided to walk to the Alamo.

Hop on Hop off is a great way to see the city and learn some local history. B.C. was our favorite driver. You get a few different facts/ info from each driver and all were professional and courteous. You won’t be disappointed with any of the drivers/tour guides. Highly recommended..

Good intro to the city but speedy trip made it difficult to take in all the info - not super convenient for hopping on and off as you have to do the whole tour to get back to your starting place. Loved the river tour - Juan was a great driver as well as being very informative and super entertaining.

I was so disappointed with the state of the buses. They were dirty, old and ac was not putting out cold air. The drivers really needed work on their script, would have much preferred if they played prerecorded fact info message.

Bus was timely and convenience. Absolutely hated the Loud music playing while trying to listen to the tour info. Could not make out anything that was said. This is the only hop on hop tour I ever had that experience with. Usually love them Parking is definitely a issue in the Alamo area

We used this service to travel to all the sites. For the most part, it was on time and pleasant. There was one driver who was a bit "much", as she continually sang off key with the music and gave wrong information (we know, because the other drivers said differently and we confirmed). Other than her (whom we had as a driver twice) it was a pleasant and convenient experience.

First, we really enjoyed the river cruise! This is a must do attraction but do not waste your money buying this combo pack! Several places on the Riverwalk will allow you to buy the boat ride alone. You can also do a dinner cruise and I wish we had known about that! Now, for the Hop on bus pass, we bought the 72 hour pass thinking it would work like the hopper passes In Savannah, Ga. it does not! There is so much construction in San Antonio you can’t really see anything. The bus is loud and unless you ride up top in the heat, you can’t see out well. We only used it one time. The other thing is, if you are staying in a hotel on the Riverwalk, which I recommend, you don’t need this bus. You can walk everywhere in San Antonio. I hate to leave a bad review but honestly we felt like we wasted our money on the bus. The Riverwalk cruise was fabulous!
