Marcus was the BEST tour guide we've had (and we've done quite a few). Our tween daughters and ourselves were captivated the whole time. His love for history and how it relates to us today shone through. He got through a tremendous amount of history. We only wish the tour had gone on for longer.

We were supposed to go in to the Coliseum at 0900, Wound up going in closer to 1030. That was OK, except we wasted some valuable time in line. Went to Palatine Hill, where there were 2 extra people in our group. A couple had missed their 0930 tour. They were put in ours, but there was no room. More wasted time. Oh well, Dino made the most of it and apologized profusely. We had a great time and learned a lot about The Coliseum and Palatine Hill.

I purchased these tickets specifically because it says we gain access to the arena floor. THIS IS A LIE!!! YOU DO NOT GO ON THE FLOOR. This really ruined our holiday as this was one of the top things we were looking forward to and it wasn't until the end of the tour when the tour guide told us that 'they don't go on the arena floor'. I am corresponding with the company now to get a refund for THEIR false advertisement and they insulting offered a 10 euro refund when we paid almost 90 euros for these tickets. STAY AWAY!
