It was good and a great experience whilst in Rome. I would definitely recommend it for a different evening and it's worth the money. The only downfall was not explaining the ingredient weights as we left not feeling confident in making it again ourselves at home.

Thank you for your nice words, we really appreciate you enjoyed our cooking class and that it worth your money. For the ingredient weight we will send you an email with the recipe of the pizza dough with all the weights and the pictures of your expereince during your cooking class. Thank you again

This was the highlight of our short time in Rome. The food, drinks, and experience we received in this beautiful restaurant were fantastic. The people were fun and instructive and I took some of the techniques I learned about dough making and applied them for more than just pizza dough! This has now made me add cooking classes as part of my to-do list for future travels!

Thanks so much! I am delighted that the experience was to your liking and that you could learn many new things! I really appreciate your words, grazie

I thought it would be fun to make my own pizza, but I was surprised that I actually learned quite a bit that I didn’t know and am thankful I chose to do this. The chef was great and answered my questions and my pizza turned out fantastic! Overall, it was great family friend! Pro tip.....you’re working with flour and even though they provide aprons, don’t dress fancy.

True! I agree with your advice! In the kitchen, elegance is dressed in flour! But a real chef stands out from this: thank you for participating and having fun with us! Thank you

This was the highlight of our trip to Rome! The best pizza I've ever had in my life! The chefs were so kind and helpful to my kids. My kids really enjoyed this tour and said it was their favorite activity during our trip. It's a MUST if you're visiting Rome

Overpriced for what it was

We arrived at the restaurant and the staff were super welcoming and great. There were 4 people in our group which was nice as we could ask as many questions as we needed. We added water, salt and oil to already measured flour then learnt how to combine the dough. We then used dough made by pizza makers to roll the dough and add the toppings. This was all great. The service after was not, we then went and sat in the restaurant and after a few minutes our pizzas were ready to eat. After we finished the bruschetta was bought out then we sat for a while waiting to be offered tea and coffee, the other 2 participants left and my partner and i had to ask for our limoncello. It was fun and the chef was great but I can't really justify the cost.

I'm sorry that you didn't like the experience enough to justify the cost! thank you anyway for having participated and for your advice

Learned how to make Roman Pizza
Julia S
, Aug 2019
I bough this for me and my two kids we loved it Our teacher was very thorough and made sure we understood the techniques of how to make pizza dough and pizza We can’t wait to practice at home! If I could make two suggestions one would be to have the pizza making process written Down with pictures and have the amounts in both grams and cups not just metric with the step by step directions the second suggestion is that he makes us create the dough not just once like we did but twice so both he and we can see if we need improvement on the technique he should eat with us but he left
icon Response from Host , Aug 2019
I thank you for the suggestions! Any advice is important to us and I hope I can treasure this! I am happy though that you enjoyed the experience!

My family took this class, which was also lunch, and loved everything about it. From the champagne upon arrival to the cooking lesson and finally eating our personal pizzas. Our instructor was excellent, very thorough and helpful. The class is right in the kitchen and the restaurant was very busy, but it did not distract us and we have great memories of this day in Rome.
