Fun experience! Perfect for all levels of experience. We had ages 14-48 in our group and everyone enjoyed it! Just wish that the zip line had one or two more long runs. Only 2 runs after the training ones unfortunately.

The monster zip line was everything it has been built up to be. The crew was fabulous and the views were Amazing. One of the highlights of my trip and guys, please tip! Brings free extra dollars for them. Those guys are out there sweating, hiking and doing everything to make this experience unforgettable the least you can do is drop a bill in their tip jar. It just annoyed me that their jar was empty at the end. I don’t think people realize the work that goes into these excursions. Anyway, I work in the service industry so I understand that’s why I always tip but besides my nagging.. these guys were Great! I never felt unsafe. Book it today!!!!

It was great. The staff was friendly and social. Interesting to see how some of them react to helping people get off when we stop from the Zipline. Some are completely quiet and emotionless while others make light and laugh with us. I’d have to say the directions and tips on how to stay in control were not 100% clear at first so we all started off rough. But towards the end you get the hang of it and it’s amazing!! Overall, it was the first time for my husband and i, and we would do it again :) thank you!

This is one of many zip line adventures I went on during my visits to PR. And my least favorite. With other zip line companies you have a guide that helps you brake and stop at the end but this one is manual. You must wear leather gloves and hold on delicately to the cable above you and grip hard, or you will come crashing to the end. My hand slipped on the second line and I could not regrab it. I came in too fast and the guy had to grab me. He was very upset with me. Almost accidentally breaking my nose. Sort of took the fun out of it after that. The crew was competent but not friendly. Luckily for me there was a lovely little cat that strolled through the guests. She made my day.
