No one to greet us at the airport

The ride back to the airport at the end of the trip was great. My experience at the Cancun airport was not. No one with a sign with my name on it, so we walked around for 15 minutes looking for our driver. Once we found someone to help us we waited another 15 minutes to be put in a car. Otherwise the transfer was good.

I had reserved a private car (sedan, as shown in the picture). The email communication before the trip was good. We landed in Cancun, and waited 40 minutes for our driver, while the company rep onsite kept telling us the driver was '2 minutes away.' We finally got picked up, in a large van and rumbled our way to Playacar. The pickup for return was on time (a van again, not the sedan we had reserved) and all went well until the driver tried to drop us at the incorrect terminal. I will not use this car service again, and will pay the extra dollars for the prompt, excellent service we had before with the Suburban picking us up.
