Playa Paraiso Private Transportation From To Cancun Airport

Excellent service. Our plane was delayed by more than two hours. I communicated this to provider and they replied promptly. Agent was waiting for us at our arrival in Cancun and led us to a very courteous driver to them drive us to Playa del Carmen. Given that our two hour flight from Mexico turned into a five hour flight, our driver was kind enough to stop by an OXO for us to purchase water. Driver was very professional.

Horrible customer service. I waited 45 minutes at platform 26 for my driver. I called and messaged the company and felt as though I was given the run around on the driver’s ETA. The communication is horrible, would NOT book with them again. The same thing happened w/my guest who arrived later that evening - she could NOT find the driver and had to wait an extended period of time. My driver, Hector was really great and professional but will NOT book again w/this company….no one even apologized for the inconvenience and poor customer service.

I enjoyed the private ride to my Airbnb in Del Carmen. I felt the pickup instructions should’ve been clearer and possibly detailed on the confirmation email or ticket. I was able to call the number on my ticket and she instructed me on what to look for. However another company assisted me in locating them.

Driver was outstanding driver and awesome person He was early which really helped us. Vehicle was comfortable and clean.
