Disappointed in the Organization

The crew on the boat gets 5 stars.. They really made it fun for us. The service and organization of the trip is where this company fails. I was really disappointed because of the lack of communication. We were told to be ready at 7:05 so we didn't get a chance to grab breakfast because. nothing was open yet. We waited an hour for the bus and was afraid to leave in fear of missing the bus. THEN when dropped off they didn't give us direction on where to go. Ticket lines were a big chaos. 7 hour includes transportation and they don't tell you that. so by the time we to on the boat it was nearing 12noon. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Never again. I booked with a private company before and never had this issue. Bus on time and they communicated.

We were picked up from COCO BONGO about $450 pesos taxi drive from Mayan Palace. However we were dropped back at Mayan Palace. We were advised to upgrade to Platinum grade at the port. I think it was a great update. We also signed up for the Golf cart drive on the island. The cruise to island was pleasant and we were provided ample drink choices all through the tour. People were extremely friendly and attended to every need. Lunch full with drinks was great and we had ample time at the beach. We did not do snorkeling but got to watch many who dared! We stopped by at a small island shop and were treated with variety of flavors of Taquila tasting. We also bought one! We were dropped back at our resort. There was some confusion about it, but was settled readily. Highly recommend this trip. We were promptly communicated about where we will be picked up in the morning!
