**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. **Hotel Pickup:** Please call Cancun Experience at least 24 hours before your scheduled service date in order to confirm your pick-up time. Your driver meets outside the entrance of your hotel holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Experience logo. Please be ready and waiting 15 minutes before the meeting time, and present your confirmation and photo ID to the driver upon pickup.

Unfortunately they were over an hour late picking my daughter and I up. We scheduled over a week in advance.
