Hello Mr. Steven I am sorry we were unable to supply the service. Covid-19 has affected many things including plans and schedules. I used the booking application to contact you at least 24 hours before the tour departed (May 8, 7:27 AM). I used that method so that all parties involved could see the message. While we do our very best to accommodate everyone and not charge cancellation fees (see the email below that I sent to you explaining why the tour was canceled). We are a small company that tries to be very understanding and accomodating, and this time has earned us a 1 star review. We accept.
