Tour guide "V" was very knowledgeable, answered questions. The group size was just about right. This tour helped me see other places I would want to come back to and go inside. Informative and just the right amount of time for the weather these days. (HOT).

I had expected this to be an interesting tour and was thrilled with the expertise and knowledge of our tour guide. He made it interesting and clearly knew way more than could ever be relayed in the time allotted for the tour. He was able to answer every question dealing with the time period and customized it to wherever our interests were. He made it a joy to endure the stifling heat of the day!

Our 7 year old son really loved this tour. The tour guide really held our attention. He was so knowledgeable and we appreciated that he explained to us how we could learn more if we wanted - when certain places were open - if they were free - etc.

Went with my family (between the ages of 11-66) and the guide was great. Very knowledgeable, engaging, and patient with the young one’s questions. It was also refreshing that the content gave context about the native and enslaved experiences as well and didn’t sugarcoat the topics.
