I went to Paris with my daughter and we had a wonderful time, the sightseeing cruise was fantastic and a definite must do! You can do the full cruise at once or hop on and off when you like as each stop is at the major sights. You can hop on as many times as you like !

Used it over a 2 day period but only 1 day needed, and of course u hope weather is good. Need to check how close Metro stations are to boat stops, ie a long long walk at Eiffel Tower.

We queued for almost 2 hours while boats stopped but did not take on passengers. Very overbooked and poor service. Would not do again-much quicker to do metro and take a full Seine cruise for the sights.

The cruise itself is ok. The ride felt safe and there were plenty of stops. My biggest upset is that there is no communication. I tried to use my first days tickets and was turned away because the men in the booth said I was in the wrong location. I went to 2 different spots and nobody knew what these tickets were for. I gave up and tried again later the next day and after going to the two previous booths in hopes that new employees would tell me if I could use my tickets. I could and I was able to use one quick run. I didn’t take the entire river tour and I’m disappointed my two days were wasted due to lack of communication. $150 for one 15 minute ride.

Before we did our trip I asked the provider if the boat cruise is also available on Monday, because of my booking. He answered with yes and so I believed him. On Monday we were waiting over an hour for the next bit because you have to wait up to 40min for a boat. We saw no boat at this day. I felt scammed. We booked for 2 days and uses it only one day. Bad experience and I contacted the provider, but I even get a response.
