Fine. Not a personal tour tho.

Our guides were quite difficult to understand and they didn’t lead us well through any of the stops—it was basically “roam on your own.” While I was on Omaha beach I saw a small group tour with a guide relaying the story of a specific landing group & it was so moving. Try to get on one of those if you can. This was one a big double decker bus that took you everywhere and guides said things along the way, but that’s it. It was fine bc it took you many places.

Seeing the cemetery was powerful. Natasha was a friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful host. Putting a visual to all the stories and accounts I had heard made me most grateful for the tremendous sacrifices of all involved.

The whole experience was amazing! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is a WW2 history buff or a family or friend of someone buried at the American cemetery. The coaches are comfortable with knowledgeable guides. A+

Great experience, just a little short on time at stops
RJHannah_B
, Jun 2022
Great trip! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it felt rushed at the stops. I get it though as they’re looking to get back at a reasonable time, but we only got 15 mins on Omaha beach. It was great to be there on D Day and see the other events but it made for some interesting traffic. Regardless, I’d definitely recommend it to friend as it’s a must see bucket-list tour.

NORMANDY WAS AMAZING!
Rebecca
, Jun 2022
Seeing Omaha Beach in person brought to life the history that I knew. It was an overall amazing experience. We stopped briefly at Juno Beach and our tour guide, who knew my friend was a Canadian veteran, took her into the Visitor Centre and the people who worked there offered her the opportunity to take some sand from the beach. It was an incredibly moving experience for her! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone, but most especially if you are a veteran.

Worth a visit to Normandy but buyer beware of unannounced changes. .

The tour guide was friendly and informative. Visiting the locations made really brought the reality of the Allie’s landing on Normandy beaches into perspective and emphasized the difficulties they faced. The 360 degree film at the Canadian welcome center was very moving and was visiting the American cemetery. My only concern is that the trio was promised to be no more than 25 people and it was well over 40, which made the experience different than advertised, not a small group tour at all. Guests were not given a warning of this change so they could opt out if they wanted to.

Great day trip from Paris to Normandy coast
cmhawkins
, May 2022
This was a 13 hour day trip from start to finish. The pickup location was easy to find the tour group. The tour guide spoke English well and I’d say 95% of the people in our group of ~40 were American or Canadian so it was easy going with everyone on board. The lunch stop location has tons of restaurants to choose from and is a great little resort town.

Guide was knowledgeable and sweet. The bus ride was long but the bus was new, clean and comfortable. The driver didn’t speak English but he communicated great.
