Great night initiation to the City of Lights

We did this with our 20, 18 and 16 on the first night of our arrival. Highly recommend- great way to take it in for the first time. Check the weather. It’s only worth it if you’re at the top of the bus. Dress warm for a colder night.

I’ve been to Paris 8 times and this is the first time I booked a tour like this. So very happy with this experience. EVERYONE should do this tour, even if you live here. Touring this most amazing city at night, high up on top of a bus, gives you such a different perspective! The final stop to watch the light show on the Eiffel Tower was the most incredible experience!

Complete disaster

Turned up before departure time to join a very long queue and after watching numerous buses fill up top decks and leave was told that there were no buses left and either we return the following night(which we could not as it was our last night in Paris) or sit inside the bus. Asked for a refund and was refused, either get on or don't. As a result sat inside a very hot bus whilst the driver drove like a madman through the streets. Finally stopped at Trocadero and the driver disappeared. Whilst passengers on top took photos we sat inside unable to see much of anything. Feeling quite unwell from the heat we decided to get off the bus and took an uber back to our hotel. Outrageous that the tour booked more passengers than they could fit and no refund offered. There were at least 20 passengers that did not get a seat and many left in anger. The driver was rude and could not care at all that people's plans were ruined. It was my birthday and first time my daughter and I were seeing Paris at night. Disappointed is an understatement, I want my money back as the company failed to provide what I paid for, that is a panoramic tour on the roof top with audio guide.

Finding the bus was simple enough! The bus was on time, audio was very informative and interesting! The view was amazing, but you do have to look out for low branches if you’re sitting on the top deck! Still worth it though!

Great Tour! I would recommend taking this tour if visiting Paris. We took the tour on our last night in Paris. The commentary was interesting and informative and the Eiffel tower stop was beautiful! It was a little confusing about where exactly to board the bus initially, but it all worked out. The only downside I would mention was the thoughtless couple sitting in front of us who insisted on smoking throughout the ride which I felt was quite impolite and offensive given that their smoke was blowing right in our direction. It would be nicer if it was a smoke free tour so that everyone can comfortably enjoy sitting at the top deck.

We really enjoyed the ride and seeing Paris at night and all the lights and the Eiffel Tower. What we weren’t prepared for were the long lines and not being able to sit up too because there were too many people. With that exception it was very cool.

Easy to board. Audio commentary is reasonably good but can do with more detailed description instead of music. The trip around Paris centre is just very well planned. The finale packing the bus right in front of the Eiffel Tower to watch the night laser show is out of this world.
