Website not in sync?! We booked seats over the internet for 10:00 am on Sunday. Rushed to the dock to find out that boats only leave at 12:00 am ?!. There was no sign, no info, nothing. The info came from the man hosing the pier. Unfortunately we had plans in the afternoon, so had to rush off after the cruise. The cruise itself was ok, nothing to complain about.

The boat was lovely! Comfortable and warm. Nice interior with glass windows all around so you can see the view. Nice staff Only down side was that I didn’t know what sites I was passing, nothing was really being said. Didn’t bother me too much because I just want to enjoy the ride in peace. But if that’s the type of cruise you want with lots of information then you might be dissatisfied a little bit. But for me and my beloved it was a nice cosy time to spend together

Evening cruise makes Paris looks even better

I chose this particular cruise because it advertised that it had audio headsets. I did not notice any (I stayed on the upper deck). They, however, had a sound system that announces just the main attraction as the boat passes them, but not much info. They also have an app you could use -- I did not know about this beforehand but just saw a sign when I was already on the boat. I was thus left with hardly any information on what these places and buildings were that we were passing.When I finally managed to get it, I heard mostly static. I gave this four stars and not three because it is probably my fault that I did not find ways to know how to download the app beforehand.

The commentary kept cutting out it didn’t matter if we used our own headphones or their device. The commentary we could hear was not not interesting. Only if you were outside on top could you really see anything. It was cold so being outside wasn’t ideal.

In general, a great cruise and you get to see beautiful places even at night. As others have mentioned here on the review, if you go upstairs, you don't get the audioguide they offer. But you can use the audioguide through wifi in many languages, though it crashed some times.

Seeing the city from the river is just not adequate. Many people recommended it to us, but it just turned out to be a nice boat ride. It was a nice boat and friendly staff, but, if you have time, I would recommend you visit all of the places you’re interested in and use the Hop-on-Hop-off bus to see the rest.
