Amazing view and excellent services.

Very friendly tour guide. Took all our amazing photos with her expertise. Very knowledgeable. Also very much caring gave us all the tips and solutions for the situation.

If I could give this 100 stars I would! Incredible experience and the best part is I almost chickened out. I’m terrified of heights but our guide (Clint) OMG he literally jumped in front of me and helped me down all the stairs. I can’t say ENOUGH amazing things about him and this whole experience. THANK YOU!
Personalized tour

Due to COVID, they are running at 50% capacity, which means that we get personalized tour from the tour guide. She took many photos for us and showed us how to creat beautiful photos. Forgot her name but she was patient and lovely. Make reservations and check in early. We were able to begin the tour 30min early in beautiful morning light! Also, they built an air conditioned lobby! Hopefully, indoor restrooms, next?
Fantastic experience

After climbing the very steep ladder down to the canyon floor it was like being in another world. Just beautiful. The colors, formations, the light upon the stone walls, breathtaking. Ty was a wonderful guide, so very helpful with explanations, picture taking and even electrolytes for my water when the heat got to me. I would do it again in a minute. My sister and I had a wonderful experience. I hurt my leg on the last stairway, and the staff and Ty was very helpful in getting me cleaned up and bandage applied. The staff in the office/cafeteria area was also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour, bring lots of water and a cool cloth in case.
So amazing!

My family and I had such an amazing experience at the lower antelope. It was so worth it, even with the hassle of getting our tickets , it was still the best experience we had. Out tour guide Antonio (he like to called Phil) and his shadow Esmael were both so amazing. Phil had the best skills in taking pictures using my phone.. He should be a photographer one day. Inside the lower antelope is mesmerizing, so beautiful, so amazing to look at. I highly recommend this place to see.. You wont be disappointed.. Amazing place. Thank you,

Fantastic Tour/Rough Reservation
, Jan 2020
We had a phenomenal tour with our guide Donna who made us feel like family throughout the entire tour. She was simply wonderful. Trying to reserve our tour online and finding out exactly where to check-in at Ken’s Tours was quite a challenge. Our tour that we reserved online even after receiving our voucher kept getting sold out and we had to change our tour dates, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations for us and our visiting family members multiple times without any compromises from the company for the troubles that we faced that were not our fault. More work is needed on the customer service side and the website itself.

Unable to make the trip due to winter storm and they would not reschedule.
, Dec 2019
After emailing back and forth for a few days it became clear that they would not reschedule or refund after being unable to make it due to every road north being shut down.

Dear, we are sorry for your unlucky experience. We never hope all of our customers face such kind of situation. However it is the refund policy of Antelope Canyon that there won't be only refund on if it is closed.
Toured by the best tour guide!

Chatvez (Left hand) was our tour guide and we were lucky to have him as our tour guide! Not only did he know everything about the cave system, but he was also a master cell phone photographer! He took pictures for everyone and he knew how to change light setting etc. Overall, the tour was a great experience!
