    Terrible exhausting experience. The bike was broken.

    The Derailleur gear units of the bike were broken, and not sure whether the tire was flat. So the journey Was extremely painful. You had to exert yourself to keep up. Never rode like this ever. The store did not check the bike before running, which was very basic as you can’t shift derailleur gear. The owner had a bad attitude and was irresponsible. There were not any apologies about the situation at all. Not even mentioned any compensation. The tour guides were friendly but did not care about this situation after telling them when we were leaving.

    Three different people called us to say they were picking us up at varying times, all of them late. When we finally got picked up we missed the first 45 minutes of the bike tour. I requested a discount for the terrible start to the day and was told no. I would not book with this group again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

    Had a great time on the bicycle wine tour with lunch. The bikes were in perfect condition and our guide made sure we had a great time. One suggestion to the company is to not include Joseph’s winery next time as the service was not good. But giving the tour 5 stars as the other 3 wineries made up for it.

    Matt was a great guide (friendly, patient, knowledgeable). Fun group of other participants too. My favourite tasting and education was from the newer Between the Lines Winery. Biking was longer than I had anticipated but still doable!

    WE were fortunate to have a private tour (3 of us) with Matt our tour guide. The day was warm and sunny. Our bikes were comfortable, Matt was very knowledgeable and engaging. The wineries were interesting, some more interactive then others but a great experience all around. Picnic lunch was good. Big shout out to Matt who is a very enthusiastic and pleasant tour guide. Would most definitely recommend this tour!

    Matt was the best tour guide!!! Despite it raining, my girlfriend and I loved it. They were very accommodating, on time pick up, lunch could have been a bit better for sure but it held us over till dinner time. Amazing experience!!
