THE PICKUP TIME BEGINS AT 4:45 AM. The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services. The transportation service is shared, subject to schedules and restrictions. In case you select the option without transportation and want to arrive by your own car, the appointment will be at Globopuerto Volare in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico, at the designated time.

A beautiful experience that everyone must do if they are in Mexico City. A smooth flow of the organisation. After the flight we had a very delicious Mexicain breakfast with Mariachi. We also did a guide visit on the Teotihuacan site. A great half day trip !

This company is a very well oiled machine!! Everything from pick up to drop off was efficient, safe/reliable and an absolute pleasure!! The views speaks for itself but it was our balloon pilot, Juan Diaz, who really made our experience. He was an ABSOLUTE GEM!! He was so knowledgeable about his craft and witty which made for wonderful in flight entertainment. The post flight champagne, breakfast, mariachi band and tequila shots really were the cherry on top of a wonderful/memorable experience

An Experience Well Worth the Cost

This was such an incredible experience!!! Our party was promptly picked up at 5:35am from our hotel and upon arrival at the location, there were coffee, pastries and fruits available. After checking-in, you will be separated into groups as you head towards your balloon. Our pilot, Ernesto, was amazing and shared his experiences about flying a hot air balloon during the flight. After the flight, we went to the courtyard where buffet breakfast was served. They also had a Mariachi band playing in the background as well. Despite the early start time, our group had a fantastic time and this experience was money well spent! TIP: It does get quite chilly in the morning when you first arrive at the location so make sure you bring layered clothing!

Excellent trip! Pick up from your hotel. Bring warm clothes for the morning and a backpack. You can change after and leave the backpack in the van when you visit the pyramids.

Great experience! The shuttle was very punctual with our pick-up time and check-in was very simple and easy. The hot air balloon ride was beautiful and peaceful way to start the morning. The breakfast and snacks provided were also a great treat. I opted for the hot air balloon tour only option and did not tour the ruins, so I took the shuttle home shortly after breakfast. The ride back does take a bit longer if there's traffic so just something to account for if you have plans afterwards. I would highly recommend!
