    Simplify the entire process upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Travel to any Manhattan hotel in style and comfort by arranging for a private, luxury transfer vehicle. 

    It couldn’t be easier. After leaving the baggage claim area, look for a professional chauffeur that’s holding a personalized sign. That’s it. Then hop in the vehicle as one, or with up to five other family and friends. The available options accommodate three people in a sedan,six people in an SUV or 9 people in a van.

    Excellent service We were greeted in arrivals by a very friendly and personable member of My Sedan and taken to our vehicle to meet the driver. Contact was made by the company soon after we landed. The driver was very polite and we had a nice relaxed trip to our chosen hotel. Overall an excellent experience and aided to a good start to our holiday.

    I got a call from VIATOR the day before my flight saying the car was waiting for me. I told them that my flight was the next day and they answer "ok, you're right, our mistake". I felt something bad was coming... After that, I sent them a message reminding that I was going the next day, with my flight number and time of arrival. Received a message from VIATOR confirming that everything was OK. Of course no one showed up to pick us at the time of arrival (8 people with 2 children). After calling them, they said there was no transport available near the airport and that the fastest van they could get was, at least, 2 hours later. Of course we got 2 UBERS to the hotel and never called them back. Please don't use this service. I, for shure, won't.

    After waiting for so long at the immigration, we also had to wait for the transfer. After calling the company we had to wait for another half for the driver to come to pick us up. It me $10 for the phone call. It would be nice if we would receive this amount in return. Thanks in advance.

    Late, didn’t show up at the right spot. Driver in a bad mood and absolutely no help with luggage. No Communiaction from the company after receiving my money. Totally bad experience

    Had to wait 45 minutes in the airport before the driver came. And with to small kids and a flight from Europe to New York, then 45 minutes is a long time, when you expect that the driver is ready when you arrive in the terminal..

    The Van never showed up at JFK airport to pick us up! After calling multiple times, and then being transferred to multiple people, we were told that the van overheated and they didn’t have another car to pick us up. So, we were on our own! One of the worst travel experiences! I would NEVER use this company!

    Arrived at Newark airport, to find no one waiting. Tried to contact the company on the numbers on the booking and line just rang and rang until eventually cut off. After trying to call for 40 minutes finally got through and told car was being dispatched it would be 20 minutes and to wait at the pick up point outside. After an hour in the wind and rain, no car! Tried ringing again and after several attempts finally got through to the company and they said a car hadn’t been dispatched yet! They would dispatch one now but it would be about 15 minutes. Like fools we waited for another 45 minutes in the rain and still no car! Tried to ring company again but no answer. Finally gave up and got a cab! When arrived at the hotel in Manhattan the company rang to say the car was pulling up at the airport, nearly 3 hours after we landed! Not the VIP experience promised. Not only have I not received my money back and apology it cost over £50 making phone calls to try and get hold of the company and another $70 for the cab.

    I've used Viator to book many tours in the past which is why I didn't hesitate to use this company to book a shuttle to transport my family of 9 from JFK Airport to our hotel. I booked and paid for the service three weeks prior to our trip. When we landed, I was instructed to call the service (the number listed on the voucher) and they would arrange for the driver to meet my party at the terminal. As soon as I landed I called the number and was instructed to call back after we picked up our bags at baggage claim. After everyone in our party secured their bags we called the service and was informed that they didn't have any drivers to service us and told us to basically go to the Welcome Center at the airport and maybe they could help us with a solution. They offered to give us our money back but didn't offer up any contingency plan. There we stand all nine of us, two small kids some of us our first time to NY trying to figure out how we would get to our hotel. I still haven't received a refund and at this point will just dispute the charge on my credit card. I called Viator to explain the situation and they gave me the run around that this was a third party and I had to wait until they confirmed that I didn't take the shuttle before a refund was offered. The third party that they used never sent anything over to Viator apparently and I am still waiting to hear from Viator. I will never use them again for a shuttle service and would advise no one else to use them. We ended up catching a shuttle service from the airport that ironically ended up being cheaper than the price that I pre-booked and paid for through Viator.

    I had to wait at the airport for sometime and I had to make three phone calls to find where the driver was . But the driver was extremely friendly and professional but I felt like I had to take extra steps to call to make sure driver was coming to pick me up from the airport I have upcoming chips with you I’m concerned when I’m overseas I have to make phone calls to make sure drivers coming to pick me up from the airport. This mood is making the reservation someone to meet me at the airport without extra time waiting and making phone calls.

    Called for pick up and they had no record of our transaction. Gave booking and confirmation number and they said not only did they not have any record but they said the numbers didn't match their records. Then told me to call back when their dispatcher was in. What? Seriously! Total SCAM!

    We arrived at the airport and no one was there to pick us up. We called the company and nobody answered we listened to the please hold recording for 30 mins. I ended up calling an 2 ubers to get all 7 of us to the hotel. This company stole my money do not use them. They literally stole my money almost $200 dollars.

    Our flight was delayed because of weather—not their fault. I called the phone number provided as contact while sitting on the runway (prior to departure) only to find that it was not a 24 hr number and it was after closing time. I tried chatting on Viator as well, but did not receive a reply. I had no other way to contact the company, and after landing at the airport and getting no response, we secured alternate transportation. It was not until I requested a refund through Viator that the company began contacting me—at 2:55 am, when my flight landed at 1:45. Who is going to wait around for an additional 70 minutes when I had no guarantee that they would ever contact me? There were never any instructions about where to meet or what kind of vehicle—not until 2:55 am. I booked this service for the security of knowing that I would have travel pre-arranged, only to pay $155 and then pay $80 for an Uber when they didn’t communicate. I will be disputing with my credit card company.
