The company cancelled our tour with no notice. Apparently they have only one guide who does this tour and he called in sick. It was too late to book with another company. We were VERY disappointed! unprofessional company

Excellent guide Francis Mullen - lively, witty, very knowledgeable and visibly enjoys guiding. Enjoyable, educational walk along the Thames, Scotland Yard, 10 Downing Street, horses at Parade Grounds - and then taken to Churchill’s war rooms.

Great half day tour!

We started with a 2 hour tour of Westminster where there is SO much to see and hear about in a relatively small location. Not as much walking as there is standing, but everyone was captivated by our tour guide's stories. He was so knowledgeable and had funny anecdotes all along the way. It was mostly outside and quite windy that day so just make sure you're prepared for the weather, whatever it may be. After the walking tour we said farewell to our guide and entered the Churchill War Rooms which was incredible in its own right. History preserved just as it was in the 1940s. This also gives you access to the Churchill museum with a great audio guide - and realistically you could easily spend an entire day there at the museum. We had other commitments and spent about an hour but there was so much to learn. Great for adults and children alike if they're interested in this fascinating part of history.

Terrible customer service, good tour guide
Bruce_B
, Apr 2022
Tour guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable. Viator customer service was terrible. Replied to important question 24 hrs later, AFTER tour done. Person talked to was stubborn & argumentative. When I said I am reading the instructions to you that are on ticket, she said I was reading wrong. She said just go to the underground. I said where is that from where I am a pier. she said everyone in world knows where it is. What is wrong with you? You call them underground’s that you use all over the US. We have “subways” not underground but how did that help me finding where she expected me to go. Finally she told me. We are coming back for three weeks later this year but will absolutely but based on customer service will never use Viator. You can decide for your self.

Administrative mess. Tour guide was knowledgeable.
Jill_w
, Mar 2022
Tour guide was knowledgeable. The administration and organization was a total mess. We were told to come back for the parliament part because we were not on the list for the Westminster Abbey tour. I showed the guide the hard copies and electronic copies of our tickets. I was told it looks good but need the Spain office to ok. We waited about 20 min in the cold and finally the tour started.

A personal guide who who was both knowledgeable and friendly making the first part of our tour interesting and informative. The War Rooms were easy to negotiate and one could have spent hours learning about their history.
