Was such a lovely cruise with so much history I had never even thought about. Really interesting and the guide was great, funny and suitable for little ears! Felt very safe

The live guide was great! Thanks to Greg and Charlie, we had a great time and some good laughs. The boats look fine, everything was well-organized. Highly recommended! It would have been even better if the end station had been Greenwich, not just Tower Bridge.

Nice river tour but more commentary on the area we passed would have been better. Not just the odd landmark building.

Not very happy

On the ticket the timings are different and cruise comes at 11:20 not at 10am. I wasted lot of my time 😔.

It's March, we're in the Corona Virus pandemic....so no crowds , no long line ups.... good time to visit London. The crew member who did the running commentary was fantastic. He definitely knew his stuff and was very entertaining.

Such a fun experience! We stayed on board the whole time and got a great view of the city from the Thames and were able to see landmarks we otherwise wouldn't have. Highly recommend taking a day to experience London from the water!

The boat was very clean and comfortable. Very easy access to the pier and boarding was a breeze. Overall, a great experience. My only concern, and perhaps my misunderstanding....the last cruise from Greenwich that returns to Greenwich ends at 1530. We could only go as far as Tower Pier, had about 15-20 minutes there in order to get back to our original boarding pier. This caused us to miss some of the best sites along the river. I think the advertisement is somewhat misleading in that respect. My advice, if leaving from Greenwich, and you want the full experience, catch the earliest departure at 10:00. Otherwise you will pay for an expensive, yet limited cruise.

Misrepresented options - ripoff

I was told the only available option was hop on and hop off. However when i got to the pier i was told there were plenty of other options still available. Compete misrepresentation of the facts. Not to mention prior to paying for the ticket there wasn’t any mention of needing to print a ticket. When traveling how can anyone reasonably expect a tourist to have access to a printer, which was a must to redeem this ticket. I requested a refund refund and was told the tickets are non refundable.

Michael Caine's Grandson

Michael Caine's grandson ? 'Jordan' the on-board guide. He must deliver his information about the sights being passed, 10 times a day, yet he's fresh, funny, and all in the style of the above. Boat quality was good. Trip was Westminster to Tower Bridge, we got off there to re-join for the return later. There was an option to go on to Docklands but as we had a busy schedule on this day trip, we didn't. Singly, the only negative was we paid £63 through Viator, to find it was only £39 at the booking office.
