I booked a tour for Red Rock Canyon for me and my 3 kids. It said it was suppose to be a 4-6 hour tour with stops at 5-6 different sites and we would hike several of those sites. We went to 2 sites and were told the conditions weren’t safe for hiking because it was windy and the tour ended after 2 1/2 hours. I asked for a refund since we didn’t even get half of our tour. I spoke with the owner and requested a refund and told her it should have been cancelled prior to even going since it was forecast to be very windy. She was EXTREMELY rude and yelled over me the entire time but did say she would give me a full refund and then I got an email stating she was going to give me 80$ of almost 300$ that I paid!! It says right on their site that if the tour is cancelled by them for any reason you get a full refund!!! The entire experience was very disappointing!!

Dear Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that your entire experience was disappointing. ‘I’ve never been a fan of “he-said she-said” situations, but given that this review is public, I feel the need to respond and help shed some light on what happened here.’ Experience length: In the overview and what to expect part of the tour it is clearly stated that the duration is approximate 4 hours. Stops: We do not mention how many stops we will do but the average are 3 to 4 because the trails are long, so it's logistically impossible to hike 5-6 trails in 4 hours. With your tour, we made three stops with 2 hiking trails. Due to the wind that day I specifically requested the guides not to stop in one of the trails because it was dangerous and for us the safety of our clients and employees goes first. Instead we were going to take another trail which wasn't dangerous at all but when the guide asked if you wanted to continue the tour you said that you wanted to go to the hotel. There was no need to cancel the tour because although it was windy The Rock Rock Canyon has a lot to offer and plenty of trails to do. It is very unfortunate that you requested to stop the tour but we willing to continue with it. Refund: I decided to give you a partial refund because our clients satisfaction is the priority of my company. We can not refund clients who decide to stop the tour because it's their decision not ours. Apologies again that your expectations were not met, we honestly thought you were enjoying yourself!

Lo primero que quiero expresar es la profesionalidad y simpatía de las guías Yamira y Flor. Vehículo muy cómodo puntualidad excelente y tour bien adatado para que en 4 horas o poco más se pueda visitar todo lo fundamental del red rock canyon. Además en español que otras agencias lo publicitan y no es cierto Tour y agencia Azúcar tours altamente recomendable
