Grand Canyon!!

Great tour to the West Rim. We added the Skywalk for a fun opportunity to see the Grand Canyon through glass. Very crowded with long lines with covid requirements but our guide made sure everyone got to participate in all parts of the trip. Fil didn't rush us and checked back frequently. He was a great guide. Lorena was our driver and was excellent.

DO IT!

Fil was the BEST! He was so welcoming, calm, knowledgeable. He really knows what he's talking about. My favorite part of this experience was the fact that we felt guided, cared for, and reassured! The only thing I did not like was that the tribe that runs the GC West Rim- completely changed the way they run things the day we went and because of that- a lot of time was lost and we actually couldn't go to one of the stops because we were scared we'd miss our bus and get left behind- which is unfortunate because we were looking forward to finally seeing the Grand Canyon. But that is NOT Viator's fault- if I were to return- I would 100% use Viator again! I highly recommend them!

My Experience

It was a great tour. The bus was clean. The tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. The drive did a great job getting us to and from safely. I chose this tour verses others on the South rim because the total travel time was about 3 hours less. We got to see some beautiful views and a chance to experience the optional glass skywalk. The breakfast and lunch meals were surprisingly good as opposed to other tours we have taken in the past with other carriers. I would definitely recommend the tour.
