Walking tour and add ons are not worth it... it’s such a small place you don’t really need a guide to walk you through, don’t fall for that, just get in there and explore by yourself. This company is also pretty popular for canceling trips without a heads up. Be ready for that. It was deeply frustrating reaching them on the phone. 2 hours delayed on the bus due to the logistics issue with their vendors... what a stressful day for what it was supposed to be a vacation.. Besides the company, the place itself it’s pretty great.

Our tour guide Gia was awesome. She gave us all relevant info of the places we visited in a funny and interesting way. She really made our trip enjoyable. Nelson the driver was also top notch! Gia will take gorgeous pictures of you and your loved ones in the bests spots at the Grand Canyon, too. Make sure to follow her plan and instructions because it will guarantee you all a smooth experience. Highly recommend it!

Disappointing

Gia was a fun tour guide, disappointed that she discouraged us to get a photo on the skywalk, there was no line as she described , missed opportunity to get our pictures taken on the skywalk. Very unhappy that we didn’t get a picture for 1/2 she said don’t get a picture long wait, we will be leaving without you....after paying extra for 2 other tour was disappointing. One was walking around some boring Indian habitat, rather do shopping in the gift shop. Then we had 2 hours at the west rim, well we as older people couldn’t do the walking on the rocks, had to wait for everyone to come back. Bus driver Dywon had a attitude about sitting on the bus, found that this was his break time, we got off the bus so he can continue arguing with someone on the phone. Why can’t you have coolers with ice cold water!!! Drinking warm water sucked.

They canceled our trip, so we were left stranded and scrambled to find something to do at the last minute. Very disappointed and a refund will be received within 30 days. Quick to take money on you but take them forever to return it.

The bus picked us up near our hotel. We were able to stop for snacks. They provided us with a lunch. The line to get in was long, but we made up for the long wait by going to the SkyWalk first, then Eagle Point and then the last point on the Western Canyon. Tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Have a Plan B
Amanda_W
, Mar 2021
Tour was cancelled with no prior communications and we had to rent a car in order to see the some of the Grand Canyon. I received an email the morning before the tour stating we will receive an email with our departure time before 8pm. Waited for email till 8:30pm and called the number provided but no answer. Left a message that night and two other messages the morning of and send a message via viator with no response. We waited about an hour after the stated departure time...nothing. I called viator to file a complaint and receive my refund. The rep at viator called as well and still no response. If you book this tour make sure you have a plan B. Or just rent a car and visit the west rim which is closer (2.5hr) and visit Boulder City and the Hoover dam. Save yourself a lot of time and headache.
