For as long as I can remember, my Dream has been to take a cooking class in Italy someone’s kitchen and experience not only the food but the everyday culture. Paola was an EXCELLENT host!!! Her family was delightful. The food was delicious and she was very encouraging. We picked fresh herbs for our meal, made a delicious meal and enjoyed a lovely evening. My husband and I were able to enjoy this together and very quickly felt like we were enjoying an authentic Italian meal with our new family! I would highly recommend this experience to all.
