Dina was a very competent and cordial guide! We decided to take a private tour, as we aimed for a personal and friendly way of getting to know the historic heart of Florence better. It was perfect! This was well worth the cost. Cristina was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour and answered every question we had. She was very patient and kind; she showed us some of the lesser known interesting bits of the city (as well as the main tourist attractions). She even taught us some Italian. I highly recommend this tour - if we go back to Florence I'd even consider booking again, there's just so much to see. You will certainly be satisfied!

Fantastic tour !! Virginia knows it all about Florence. She is very friendly an go above and beyond to make the tour to fit your needs. She even researched the location that are mentioned in Dan Brown's inferno to show me the places. I highly recommend her. Worth every dime that you pay for the tour.

Even though we’ve visited Florence several times, our guide, Virginia, was very informative. She took us to places we’d never seen on previous visits, some we requested. Virginia also pointed out interesting facts about places we had visited. She was very knowledgeable. Great tour. We would highly recommend it and Virginia!

So glad we booked this private tour of Florence. We (three friends) visited in September and wanted a walking tour of Florence to give us a better idea of the city so that we were confident when we ventured off on our own. This tour was the perfect length (3 hours) and we covered a lot of the city on both sides of the Arno River. Our tour guide Martina was amazing -- very friendly, knowledgeable, patient (as we took a lot of pictures), spoke fluent English and helpful (gave us info on restaurants and shopping). We learned a ton about the history and sites of Florence and the little restaurant we stopped for wine and snacks (included in the tour fee) was adorable. I definitely recommend this tour and make sure to ask for Martina!!
