Enjoyable and convenient way to see these three towns. Lunch and wine tasting were good. Lots of walking

It was a good trip....

It was a good trip. However, remember the winery provides lunch as a sales promotion so you will receive constant marketing speech during your entire lunch. Also, no need to go 20 minutes before they start, they start late anyway. Just go on time.

Bucket list…..ticked!

Very full day but worth every second. Well organised and professional driver and guides who gave us extraordinary information and left no stone unturned in relation to making sure our experience was good. I would thoroughly recommend this tour for those who wish to pack in some bucket list experiences on a tight schedule. The Tuscan wine tasting and lunch was also a highlight! Buses are very comfortable with plenty of legroom.

Sienna, the Walled City, Pisa, and the winery were great visits. My family loved all the sights; however, there was not enough time in Pisa. The tour would improve if the bus dropped us off closer to all the sights, and then went back and parked. Each drop off had enough of a walk that we were tired (especially b/c of the heat) when we arrived at the attraction. Pisa (at day's end) was the longest and left only 50 minutes to tour.

Great way to experience these Tuscan cities in one day!

The trip was wonderful! It allowed us to visit all three cities. I'd recommend taking the guided tour of the Church of Siena, as it's absolutely breathtaking. We were given information by a few tour guides along with time to roam in all three places. The bus was also comfortable. Nice compact tour that nicely fits all three cities together with wine tasting.

Jacob was a wonderful guide. Although the day was long, we enjoyed it very much. The lunch at the winery and San Gimignano were the highlights! The wine tasting and lunch were very good and we met wonderful people during our lunch. We absolutely loved San Gimignano fir it’s quaint beauty! We wish we had more time to explore Siena. We were tired but grateful for the experience.

Not enough time in Siena...
John_K
, Jul 2022
Not enough time in Siena or San Gimignano and too much time in the vineyard being encouraged to buy expensive wine. Not enough commentary on where we were visiting and driving past and far too much time wasted walking from bus to town centre. But if you’re in a big hurry to see 3 fabulous sights this does the job

Disappointing Tour
Michael_F
, Jul 2022
While it was nice to see Sienna, we wouldn’t recommend this day trip. The tour was completely booked and from the beginning both tour guides were grumpy with the whole group. A family of 4 wanted to sit together on the bus, but one man on his own refused to move seats and demanded a certain seat on the bus. The tour guides made 10+ people move seats to accommodate this one rude man and then insulted the rest of the tour group calling everyone ridiculous and calling one man from the family of 4 a “baby”. They use a local guide in Sienna and that was the only enjoyable part of the trip. We requested the vegetarian meal for lunch and the pasta was not cooked. San Gimignano is a tourist trap of tourist stores only. It was nice to see the leaning tower of Pisa to check it off the list, but would rather have taken a train to see it verses this day trip. Unfortunately, the tour guides made the day very uncomfortable and the tension on the bus was awful. I don’t normally leave reviews but after such an awful day experience, I would recommend solo day trips if you want to see these cities.

Beautiful tour for our family

This was a fantastic journey through Tuscany with our lovely guide, Elizabeth and driver Raoul! The sites we went to were beautiful. Elizabeth made sure we knew where to go at each place and ensure everyone was accounted for and on time before we left for our next destination. We would have liked to have more time at each place we visited because there was so much to do, but with so many towns we visited, it already made for a packed, well-rounded trip. Would recommend!

2 Beautiful little towns but very different and can really feel the country culture. The wine lunch was a lot of fun!

wine tasting and lunch were great

Loved the wine tasting and lunch — it was fantastic — but a lot of time was spent on the bus. It’s great if you want to see all three towns in a day but for our family it may have been better to just plan a trip to the Tuscan winery, which was worth a visit alone.

We had horrible...
Gina_X

We had horrible experience with this tour. Overall experience: tour/service: one star, food: one star, the schedule/time: one star. The tour gave about one hour at each attraction. There was no time for breakfast, restroom and shopping. We were dropped off at each location, took some photos, walked around and ran back to meet the group. When we were in San Gimignano which was a beautiful city in Tuscany, it was so rushed the whole time we were there. We were 6 minutes late to meet the group, the tour bus just left without us! I had to call the help line and it was such a nightmare to try to get help from the “help line” because they barely speak any English! After repeating what happened to us to different operators over and over on the phone for over an hour, we were forced to get a Mercedes mini van that costed 90 euros to take us to the lunch spot that was only half an hour away from us. They originally said we had to pay 120 euro to get to the Siena to meet the group after lunch which made no sense at all. Luckily the taxi driver who was actually really nice young men called the “help line”, talked to them for 15 min on the phone. He said told he only take us to the winery which is where the group is having lunch still and it will save us a lot of money and time. Because if he takes us to Siena, we will have to wait there for half an hour to meet the group. So the taxi driver was actually more helpful than the “help line”. We eventually met with the group and had lunch, and joined them to complete the rest of tour. I also have to mention lunch was also not very good at all. We only got salad, and wine and dessert wine. I still don’t understand why we didn’t get pasta while the rest of the group did. Because we arrived before they had even started eating. We only missed the introduction and the wine tasting part. But I was too tired and too upset to even ask. The wine was not good quality wine. The dessert wine tasted like cough syrup. During the entire tour, the tour guide, Constantino, did not give much information of Tuscany history which was also disappointing. I would not recommend this tour company to anyone.

Our tour guide was Anna and our driver was Antonio. Highly recommend!! Anna is energetic and courteous, and respectful of older travelers who may be slightly slower to get to meeting points. Siena was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the cathedral is a must-see. I traveled solo but was very quickly "adopted" by couples who ensured I would not feel alone during free-time to wander the cities.

Anna was our Guide and Antonio our driver. Pick up was simple and fast. Had no waiting time, we were on time and had plenty of time to explore all the places. The price overall for this adventure was 100% worth it and fair. Definitely recommend to travelers that have not visited these places or ones that want to revisit the places, there's a lot to see.

The one thing I liked about the guides in the tour is that they were mindful that walks to get to the main areas could be long for some people (for example my mother) and they offered and arranged taxis for them with very kind attitude despite the heat during our tour day. It’s a long tour but that little thing made it easier for my mom to endure the day and allowed me to enjoy the tour and the wonderful places we visited.
