Loudspeaker on the bus was very loud. Great guide however she was giving the tour in 2 languages and that took up a lot of time as she had to say everything twice. Stick with one language for the tour!

Excellent. It could involve 30 minutes shopping time. The guide was clear in English and the drop off point to main attraction was very reasonable.

Trip to Pisa - 25/12 - The guide was really nice, but it was a pity that the radios did not work. It would be way more convenient for everyone to have the radios. Also there was nothing said about Pinocchio, though you can see him in souvenir shops everywhere. The tour itself is basically bringing you to Pisa, giving minimum information and then providing you free time. For me it was nice, because I was too lazy to look for trains, read anything about museums and places there.. So the tour was really helpful for me, but it is absolutely manageable of going to Pisa and basically doing the same thing by yourself. Though to my mind Pisa is really like a town for only 3 hours visit.
