Fun, informative, and interactive

Chef Vary was funny and friendly. She explained would explain the why's and technics if things as we did them so you get that extra knowledge and experience from all her cooking. She expects you as a group to take over and make decisions which is great as it get you out of your shell and working together. You as a group do basically everything so you aren't ever just watching her do something even simple tasks which makes you feel like you are learning and cooking rather than watching a lecture.

The pasta class was outstanding. Vary, the chef instructor was extremely engaging, did a great job of explaining things and included everyone to make us all feel like family. And the pasta and ravioli dishes we made was fantastic, so fresh and full of flavors. Awesome experience!!!

Perfect Pasta Cooking Class

TAKE THIS CLASS! it was a wonderful experience cooking with Varri. We arrived and she let us know that six others had canceled at the last minute and it would be just me and my husband. I was impressed that she didn’t cancel. We spent the next couple hours preparing amazing pasta with only the best ingredients. She then left us alone to enjoy this delicious meal and a bottle of nice wine. We couldn’t eat all of the food we prepared, but we did finish the wine 🍷. Seriously this was an amazing experience and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

This was the BEST food I had in my two weeks in Italy. Varys, the chef, was super funny and really fun to cook with. Also, the meal was out of this world and really fun to make. We made a pear ravioli and mushroom tagliatelle from scratch. Food was super fresh and absolutely delicious (better than any restaurant we ate at). This is a MUST DO while in Florence! Again, the best food I had in all two weeks I was in Italy (and I ate some really good food). She also had coffee/wine/cheese for us and sent us a bunch of recipes. I’d highly recommend scheduling the couples/1:1 session over the group one as I was grateful for the one on one experience. I’d also recommend to not tell her what you want to make. Both things she chose were things I’d never even heard of and I’m so glad we made those two dishes instead of something you can find in the USA. My wife and I loved it and you’d be foolish not to book this experience!

An enjoyable and even Ineffable experience

This was, hands down, one of our favorite experiences of our two weeks in Italy. Chef Vary and Eduardo were welcoming and amazing hosts. It was wonderful to learn to make pasta and the meal and the wines were delicious. More so, their joyous and gregarious personalities made the entire experience. If you are thinking of taking a pasta class, this is the one to take!!

Vary's cooking class was unforgetable! We had so much fun. We made 2 different pastas and sauces and learned a lot. We cook a lot at home and have made pasta in the past but we still felt like this was a valuable and fun experience!
