We went rafting with our 4 kids (age 4-11) and had a great experience. Dory was amazing with our kids and helped them feel safe. It made our experience so much more enjoyable. All the staff were wonderful and wed highly recommend rafting with them.

They didn't even tell viator that they calcelled the event. Claimed to me i would get a refund from viator in one to two months. The issue only got resolved once I called viator. Despite the fact that this rafting company claimed to me they would call viator to issue a refund on my behalf.

I am sorry to hear your frustration but our records show many attempts to contact you. Perhaps you were travelling? We work very closely with Viator and are a top rated provider for them. For transparency so others can judge for themselves I am posting the digital transaction record below:
Saturday night at 7:46 pm you booked a raft trip.
Monday morning we called to tell you the trip was tentative due to COVID-19 restrictions as we waited to hear from our local authorities.
Wednesday we called to cancel with you and Viator.
Thursday someone from your party called to ad to the reservation. We informed them that it was cancelled and to please let you know since we hadn't been able to get through to you.
Sunday Viator confirmed the cancellation.
Mountain Waters Rafting welcomes constructive criticism but I do feel we are being blamed for something outside of our control. I think it is unfair to a staff who prides themselves on half a decade of excellent customer service together to get a review such as this.

We went rafting with the Mountain Rafting Co and had a wonderful time. We went on the 4 hour trip. We took our 11 year old grandson and 7 year old granddaughter with us. They had a fabulous time. The guides are more than fantastic. There was a group that had children a lot younger than ours. This is totally family friendly.. We even went on the Mesa Verde tour and had a wonderful time.

Just a wonderful overall experience! Rebecca was our guide. This was the second trip we have done with her we enjoy her so much! She was great personally, let a young girl sit on the bow and instructed her how to stay safe in that position, and chatted with the rest of us as we navigated the river!
