Fabiola was an excellent guide and Sergio got us there and back safely. Unfortunately, it was rainy and chilly but the experience was still lovely.
Seven colors lagoon excursion at Costa Maya.

Leo and Moises gave our small group a wonderful introduction to their proud culture and natural wonders on this excursion to the seven colors lagoon. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides who should deserve your new and repeated business as they deliver a product that can not be matched by larger bus tour companies. Felt very safe and cared for right off the cruise ship at Costa Maya. They never asked for tip at any point and therefore it made my gratuities more appreciated at the end for me and for them. Please give them your consideration and business.

Ron and mayo were excellent. Major thumbs up. We were well taken care of. Here were 4 Doc’s including Ron. 2 Retired Admirals a Marine officer along with spouses. We had a great time together.
A very good day out.

The transportation was modern, clean and big enough for our family group of 10. Our guide Tito was personable and knowledgeable. There were plenty of snacks and beverages aboard the boat and the lunch tacos were very good. Unfortunately, he received a call about his daughter and Tito had to leave to go home straight after lunch. We only saw the stromatolites from about 40 feet away. We would have liked a closer look. Perhaps there was a conservation issue with going closer. We didn't get the mud pack experience. Not sure whether we saw the pirate channel. We did swim in shallow water but it wasn't describes as a channel , nor did it look like one.
A wonderful afternoon.

Great experience. Very friendly and professional company. Our tour guide was wonderful. Plenty of refreshments and snacks and a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant. The water was as beautiful as advertised.

We had a great time in Bacalar coming off of our cruise ship. Takes about an hour to drive to Bacalar from the cruise port. We stopped at some little local "markets" off the street to buy fresh fruits. Bacalar is a beautiful lagoon where you can actually see all different shades of blue. Tino was our tour guide and was very friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend this company if you are going to this area, and definitely request Tino as your tour guide.
Amazing experience!

Chac Ek Costa Maya tour guide and driver greet you right at the exit of the pier and explain the details of the day. Bus is recent and clean, drive to Bacalar is smooth and takes about 1 hour. Once in Bacalar, you board a boat that brings you to the different cenotes where you can admire the different shades of blue of the fresh water laguna. The swimming stop is amazing, water is crystal clear and not depth. Guide brings you in an area of the laguna where you can try the natural sulfuric clay that leaves your skin very soft. Fresh fruits awaits you when you come back to the boat. Lunch at Taco Loco was very good, excellent tacos and tortillas served by friendly staff. Last stop was at a local place where wife and husband grow and transform peperinos in a variety of artisanal all natural sauces, worth the stop for unique products. Highly recommended tour, ask for Tino and Baudelio, these guys are the best: professionals, courteous and know the region very well and will bring you back to your ship on time no worries. Thank you!
Best Day Ever

There were 7 of us that had the day to visit Bacalar off of our cruise ship. We really did'nt know what to expect, but were not disappointed. We were picked up by our guild Tino. Tino was awesome and really new how take care of us. The hour long drive flew by as Tino commented on all the sites. First we boarded our pontoon boat and checked out the Cenotes, healing mud and many other sites with food and drink on the boat. The lake and especially the water colors were extraordinary On our way back to the ship, we had an authentic Spanish lunch. The food and drink were great. Another stop included a shopping at local shop were we bought little trinkets. Hi highly recommend this excursion to all, Loved it. Ask for Tino
