Swindleled! Horrible business

Monumentally horrible. Tour guide picked us up and took us 3 hours come to find out Chichen Itza was closed. Then did not offer a refund? How can you offer a tour service and not refund when the site is closed. Ruined our day will never use you again. Use a different service. This was just a taxi ride and for the business to think that it’s ok not to offer a refund or even a partial when they don’t fulfill there end of there deal is unacceptable. There are plenty of other options.

Hi Daniel, as we explained on through email the site Chichen Itza decided to close without informing suppliers or accounting on their website. The decision was due to the heavy rain and for security reasons. Our driver explained to you and took you to an alternative tour adding extra hours and miles to reach Tulum. Is not fair you leave the message after we tried to solve the unlucky situation and you accepted.
