Following pickup at your hotel in the morning, board the comfortable tour vehicle and settle in for the ride to Puerto Morelos. Get to know your small group while enjoying coffee, pastries, and chocolate. Learn about the unusual geological formations that you are about to visit, a network of underground caves connected by subterranean rivers.

Each cenote represents a different element: earth, water, fire, and air. Hear about the Mayan legends and mysticism that surround these sinkholes and the myth of the alux, or spirit beings that guard the cenotes.

Rappel down the rock walls of Lu’um (earth), a young and semi-open cenote. Here, water flows horizontally and connects to the aquifer through tunnels and caves. Finally, zoom along parallel ziplines at Lik’ and feel your adrenaline pumping on this high-flying adventure across the pool. Enjoy swimming in the slow-flowing water of this ancient cenote, which is fully exposed to the lush vegetation due to its collapsed walls.

K’aak (fire) is an open cenote with underground currents, surrounded by vertical walls and interesting landscapes. Interact with nature as you paddle a kayak or float in an inner tube amid the verdant jungle. Visit Ha’ (water), a cavern cenote with aquatic fauna and beautiful rock formations, and explore underwater gardens of water lilies in a stunning natural setting. Snorkel in calm waters with great visibility as you come face to face with colorful fish.

Eat a gourmet picnic lunch accompanied by beer, water, wine, and coffee before returning to your hotel for drop-off.

This was one of the favorite tours from all of them that we did during our trip. Although the weather was raining, the experience was one in a lifetime. Adolfo and Jaime did such a wonderful job taking care of us, explaining everything and making this experience unforgettable. Thank you!!!

Don’t miss this, but bring your own water!!

We had an amazing time!! Our favorite thing was everything!! Our least favorite cenote was the snorkeling, but everything else was so memorable! We do wish the kayaking was longer instead of having the snorkeling. Another thing is that there was hardly any water and we were so thirsty from all of the activities. Definitely bring your own!!

Pepe made this trip incredibly memorable!!

My husband and our two teens took this adventure and had a blast! The day was full of challenges from zip lining, repelling, jumping, kayaking, and floating in the cenotes. All the activities where accommodating and safe and the staff were great! The buffet style lunch was excellent. We opted for the professional pictures but still haven’t received them 3 days later, (hard to wait 😕). One of the best parts of our trip was Pepe our guide. 🤗 He made the experience so much fun! If you can request him, I highly recommend!! Take the trip! You won’t be disappointed!

We were 3 generations from 8 years old to 61! Pepe picked us up at the Ferry building as we were staying in Isla Mujeres. Our experience was full of fun, adventure, great food, clean facilities and very nice staff! Safety was also a factor in their company. We bought the photo package which was so worth the price. Memories to last a lifetime! Pepe was an awesome tour guide!

A wonderful experience in Cancun

We had an excellent time on this Cenote tour. Pick up and drop off at our resort in the hotel zone went smoothly. The different cenotes were beautiful and each experience so fun. Was adventurous enough for those looking for a thrill, but also had plenty to see and do if you aren't a daredevil. Zip lines, rappelling, water slides, kayaks and snorkeling in beautiful surroundings with an excellent lunch and great guide mean I highly recommend this trip. Our guide was Angel aka #papamonkey and he was great! He was helpful, informative and fun! Would definitely request him if I were to do the tour again Recommendation: wear water shoes instead of flip flops. Bring a change of dry clothes. Bring a waterproof pouch for your phone/camera if you want to take photos. I wore a swim shirt/rashie with my swim suit. It wasn't 100% necessary, but I'm glad I had it. Water was not freezing, but it is cool. Bring cash if you think you might want souvenirs or the photo package. They do take credit cards for those things, but it goes much faster with cash.

Awesome experience!

From zip lining into a lily pad laden pool, to rappelling nearly vertically through a cave to reach cool, clear waters; this experience was truly one-of-a-kind! And from my 8 yo daughter, to myself (who’s adventurous, but afraid of heights) we all felt extremely safe with the equipment and the guides who walked us through this adventure. Each park was beautifully maintained, while keeping true to the ecological significance of the environment. Even the bathrooms/washrooms were well maintained, clean, and fit in well with the jungle surrounding it. Very well done! I hope to visit more cenotes in the future.

family trip

My husband and I take 2-3 trips a year. Always experience a few excursions each trip. On this trip, we brought our 26 year old and 29 year old. Had to keep it exciting. This excursion fit the bill. My husband and I are in our sixties but very active. We loved the variety of challenges on the trip. They all were fun in their own way. The kids loved this trip also. We are a big water activity family and were able to enjoy a great variety. Two favorites activities of ours was the jumps from the high places into the wate,r to the ziplining into the water. Tho all of it was exciting. The guides were all great. We got a bonus, while eating lunch, we saw a tarantula walking thru the jungle. You don't see that every day! I would recommend this to any family that is looking for a more physically involved activity. Can't say enough about it. Experiencing the cenotes is something everyone should do in Mexico

I’m happy to change my review when y’all send our pictures that we paid for. While the tour was wonderful , this is the second time I have done this tour and paid for pictures and not received them. I have email multiple times. Sent my receipts and absolutely no response. $139 dollars for pictures and nothing!
