Overview

Combine ancient history with adventure on a 9-hour tour of the Tulum archaeological site and an underground cenote. Be careful to pick this tour. We had a worst experienced. From pick up time towards the entire trip. They pick up us late, second we transfer 3times in the bus. After they settled everything about transportation they put us on a wrong tour. They gave us a different one. They don’t even informed us that tulum was closed for almost a week. But they never say anything. Instead they pushed us to take the tour that they have. We tell the guide we did not booked that trip because we already did It before. They said if we don’t want to go, we have to pay our own transportation going back to the hotel. And one of the guide was so rude. In other words whatever you see in their add was totally different of what you are going to get. So be careful of what you booked and make sure you had a copy of what they offer. It is a total disaster. We booked a tour to Tulum with Coba and two cenote plus supposed to be snorkel gear are included but we didn’t get it.
