For arrivals: Once you have picked up your luggage and passed through customs (in case of international flights) you must go to the arrival hall and go to the service providers exit, there you will find several representatives of different agencies one of them will have an Amigo Tours ticket with your name on it. Note: do not accept any assistance at the airport that indicates that the service will not be provided and that your taxi reimbursement will be returned to your hotel the next day. Amigo Tours will not give these instructions by phone or by sending its staff. In case of changes in your service we will contact you directly. For departures: The pick up schedule will be assigned and sent 24 hours before the service date.

Horrible experience. I booked my reservation over the phone to go to tulum mexico. They had it in their system for me to go to Cancun. I landed at 1pm and did not reach tulum until 7pm also I had to pay extra for a service I already paid for. Worst experience

Never picked us up. I wanted over 40 minutes looking for them. I had to take a different transportation to the hotel. When I talked to them they tried to tell me that they are always at the airport and that it was my fault. They won’t even reimburse!!!

I called and reserved a taxi through Viator. When I arrived at the airport, the chosen taxi chosen by Viator was not there. I called Viator to report the no show, they contacted the taxi (Amigo), to get a refund, which I was denied. I had to pay $40.00 for another taxi company to take me to the resort. Bad experience

If I could give Amigos Transportation a ZERO, I would! Very poor service! I approached the guy holding the sign he told us to stand to the side and it’ll be 2 minutes, that turned into 50 mins. They left us stranded and having to pay additional money for a taxi from the hotel to the airport. SAD!!
