The boat trip was good with great staff and the food was nice. Unfortunately we saw a poor nursing shark being held by its jaw in a very small area on the docking area of Isla Mujeres. People paying to have photos with it etc. It was such a small (4x4 meters) and shallow space and was caged in. It ruined the whole trip for me. I know others are not bothered by things like this but for those who are - avoid Isla Mujeres!
