I am somewhat handicapped (from major back surgery-2 yrs ago= 4 rods in my back), so my walking, stability, strength and stamina are limited… I was treated so well (carefully & respectfully) by your drivers/staff! I was very Impressed and very great full! Made my ability to attend my beautiful daughter’s beautiful Wedding so smoothly. Bless you all!

We had a pick up time at 12 and it never came. We got down to the lobby and the bell boy said they showed up at 1030. So we had to take a taxi to the airport

Do not use!!!!! They never picked me up.... I contacted the operator 10 minutes after my pickup time directly who started off by telling me they should be there even though I advised them that they are not after chatting for 20 minutes which is now 30 minutes passed my pickup time they tell me they had a system issue and for me to take a taxi

Worse experience when you have a scheduled flight

They sent me a itinerary for pick up of 930am... waited in the lobby from 915-945 only to find out the driver decided to come earlier and didn't contact us. I had to pay for a taxi and they are not trying to refund my funds. So I had to contact my back.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This company is a scam. I called to schedule a time from hotel to airport the day before and gave her my reservation number, she mentioned my name then proceeded to tell me she couldn't find it in their "system". She then placed me on hold for 15+ minutes and never answered the phone. I hung up, called again and was placed on hold with no answering. It's a scam of a company. I want my money back.

as per your process i had the hotel call and set the time for this 20 minute ride to the airport. It took the hotel 2 days to actually speak to someone and set the time. the flight was at 2;20 but the schedule person wanted to pick us up at 10;30 .... I wanted 11;45 so as not to sit in an airport for hours.. the hotel could only get them to agree to 11;00 .. wasting my time. Ill take the cab from now on.

Hotel to CUN return transfer

Had some difficulties confirming pickup time at hotel. The phone # provided for text confirmation never replied, one of the other phone #'s never picked up and 3rd phone # provided finally connected but that guy couldn't find reservation # and never called back like promised. Eventually had hotel Concierge call to discuss in Spanish to sort out and get pickup time (but was 3.5hrs prior to flight time so had 3hrs to kill once dropped at airport). Turned out to be a "private" return trip with nobody else picked up along the way. Great value for only two of us (~$14USD total) vs. taxi from hotel would have been $450Peso (~$24USD), but if 3~4 people would have been better off getting taxi so we could leave at our own schedule.
