Cancun Private Round trip Airport Transfer

Highly recommend. They are super responsive, organized and friendly. They were there waiting just as they explained and the trip was swift and safe. Will use again.

Waiting for my upon my arrival, very friendly and helpful. Provided a delightful conversation on the way from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen about how tourism was going in Mexico, a few tips on things to do and see. Jose’s English was excellent and even shared some of his experiences of traveling to the states.

The drivers (on both trips) were friendly and respectful. They drove safely. They gave good information about the area.

Had to wait for pick up....then he parked so that it was a struggle for me with baggage to get to van.... Also, thought it was a private transfer, but had to pick someone up at a hotel on the way?....other than that all went well.... Also had to wait for transfer from Cancun airport to Puerto Juarez...don't think this company does many of these trips....especially from Puerto Juarez...as other transfers pick right up where people are waiting instead of having to park the van.

Our family followed the directions sent: "...upon arrival continue to the airport exit where you will be assisted by a professional team wearing our official uniform: a Bright Green shirt with beige pants with Cancun Vacation Experts logo on the front." NO ONE was there dressed in this uniform. We waited 1 1/5 hours and after talking to 9 different uniformed agencies in the pick up area who so graciously made phone calls to the number listed (998-251-9231) with NO results - we finally took a shared ride to our hotel. NOT TRUSTING this agency to get us back to the airport for our return trip, we hired Amstar for a private ride to catch our return flight. Will NEVER go through Viator again. Also, we booked through Viator a sailing trip. NO ONE contacted us at the hotel for pick-up time. The kind hotel concierge, after several phone calls and messages and 2 days, finally got us the information we needed - -pick up was at 11:30! (The Viator tour paper said 12:30, so we would have missed our transport for this sailing trip!)

They were there when I landed as planned. Super polite and enthusiastic greeter and driver. I use this service every time on my annual trips to Mexico and they never disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone, especially first time travellers.

They left us standing at the airport for close to 30 minutes on our arrival. One of the other charter companies helped us contact the driver because he had his phone number. The driver didn't answer the phone the first 15 minutes. The gentleman helping us called the customer service number because I didn't have any service on my phone standing by the shuttle pick up. After we finally met our driver he was very nice. He only asked us about our drop off location and pick up for going home. Didn't offer us bottle of water or a beer. But there were a couple of empty beer cans under the seats in the back. Would love for them to be as prompt and informative as the constant stream of emails that they send numerous times a day.

We were told there would be someone waiting with a sign. When we arrived and headed out to transportation area, no one was there. The people directed us to 4 different numbered areas & when we finally found the right one, we waited for over 10 mins for shuttle to arrive. We had our 80 yr old mother with us. We could’ve left quicker if we had just taken a different shuttle company that was there waiting.

Arrival pick up was a night mare. No driver was there with our name like they said it would and we had to run around asking other companies to help us.

Carlos our driver was waiting for us as promised when we exited the airport. He was informative, friendly and drive safely. We would recommend transfer service from this company
