Super easy and comfortable. Amazing crew and an amazing experience. The catamaran is clean and new. Don’t forget to bring hat and sunblock for body and face

It's a 4.5 for me

It was a fantastic trip, and the people were very nice other than the captain. The host is as lovely as you can imagine. He cares, it started raining, and I was worried; he took his time to show me and explained that we are safe. My only issue was the music before snorkeling; it was American music in the '90s. A few of us requested reggaeton, and we had to wait like an hour to get it. It's a party boat after snorkeling, not before. You will be bored for like an hour but it is worth it.

Would I do this again. No

Boat was overly crowded! No running water on the boat. Bathrooms on the boat were questionable. Washing of cups ….. might just want to bring your own

Awesome staff and overall experience. Way too many people for a good snorkeling experience so just skip that part. Good drinks and friendly passengers. Would go again but would not recommend the snorkeling on the open ocean.

The sailing experience was amazing, the island was beautiful and the food was delicious! But the pickup and waiting an hour and a half in the hot sun without seating was terrible! That is why I only gave 4 stars

Absolute bomb. Best excursion we’ve done!

This is an incredible excursion, a MUST DO! We were picked up from our hotel and taken straight to the marina where we checked in and got on a boat called the “LUV CATS”. I will say that the marina experience was kind of a cluster, but all in all, it was not as bad as I thought it would be when we first walked up. Our boat crew with Leo and the rest of the guys was amazing. We went out in the open water and snorkeled first. Our guide stayed with us the whole time and we didn’t lose anyone in the chaos. There were a ton of other boats there and the snorkeling wasn’t the best I’ve ever done, but it was still really awesome. Then we went to lunch on the island, delicious, then got back on the boat and went to another marina on the island and got out for over an hour. We were escorted directly to a golf cart by Leo again, and drove around the whole island in less than hour. Then we got back on the boat and anchored again to jump in for a swim. One gentleman was having trouble with the current and LEO AGAIN literally jumped in with the life raft and calmed him down and kept him safe. For real, Leo was amazing. The ride back was a dance party and a shot fest, which was super fun. The marina was not as crazy when we got back and we were escorted directly to our bus and dropped back off at the hotel. Super fun, super beautiful, super long but worth every minute of our day on this excursion. 100% would do it over exactly the same way.

Took our money

Asked to be picked up from hotel and they never showed up. Told us we had entered the wrong hotel (which we did not) and refused to give us any type of refund. We had even messaged two days beforehand to confirm where our pickup location would be. Our group of 6 was very excited for this trip so it was a huge let down. Would not recommend.

We loved the entire thing but we especially enjoyed the snorkeling! We upgraded to a smaller catamaran as well and it was a lot of fun. The island was beautiful.

Relaxing one day wonder

The experience was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity!! The crew was amazing on Pachanga from when we got on to when it ended. They were super fun and energizing! There was plenty of time to snorkel and we stopped at 3 different spots to swim! It was great too to have someone guide us through the coral reef area since the current was strong. Food was delicious too, always love ceviche!
