Cancun Airport private arrival transfer

Great airport transfer. Car was clean, driver was very helpful. It took a little time to get picked up but, but, not enough to complain about. I would definitely book with them again.

My transportation never arrived I had to take a taxi and spend 700 pesos to get to the hotel I want my money refunded as soon as possible please!

As you said someone would be there to meet us well no one was there physically only people that kept telling us waiting for car which took over an hour after their first contact as we watched many others that came after us be picked up ....

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited 2 hours outside the Cancun airport. I reached out via email, I stayed on hold for 45 minutes as the “number one caller” and no one ever answered. I reached out via chat on your website and no response. It’s the next morning and I still have not hear from anyone at VIATOR. A gentlemen that worked for another company helped me sort things out. After two hours, I find someone who worked for the subcontracted company who only found my name/reservation 20 minutes after contacting two of her bosses. A complete waste of my time, not to mention dangerous for someone traveling alone. I am still waiting to hear from someone so an explanation and apology can be given. Do not use VIATOR for transportation in Mexico. You’ve been warned.

Our driver communicated before the flight. My flight was delayed and he was still there on time waiting with a sign. Nice, safe transfer to the resort

The coordinator, Rodo, and the driver, Adrian, were fabulous. Helpful, on time, courteous, cheerful. It was a wonderful introduction to Cancun!

The company that finally picked us up didn’t know they were supposed to so no one had our names. We had no internet service or WiFi so it was very confusing. Other tour groups were very accommodating and let us use WiFi to finally figure out our transportation. This was a crazy confusing 30 minutes. When all was figured out our private trip from the airport was excellent in a beautiful new vehicle and a wonderful and friendly driver.

I had a confirmed transport scheduled for 530a, as due to airport at 6a. The driver did not arrive until 5:59a, and gave no apology to being late, though did acknowledge he was late.
