4X1 Tulum, Coba, Cenote & Playa del Carmen

We booked this trip specifically for Cenotes Dos Ojos because we have seen all these amazing pictures and really like to experience swimming in the cave. But without any explanation, the tour guide took us to Cenote Muul Ich instead which is just a big well, nothing interesting at all. We tried to talk to the guide but he ignored any of our questions. We showed him the printout indicating the inclusion of Cenotes Dos Ojos, he took the page and went away. We are very very disappointed and feel been cheated.

Sorry about this , the change of cenote that day was because safety reasons that we can’t control we always look for your safety first. But the visit to tulum coba and Playa del Carmen was ok ?
